Today we arrived at our first port of call, St. Thomas. This was also our first bear excursion, a snorkeling trip. We boarded a fairly large catamaran and sailed to two different snorkeling spots, plus to a beach for some swimming. The first snorkeling stop featured a sunken ship and the second featured grazing sea turtles. It was cool watching the turtles graze along the bottom and then swim up between us to surface for air. After the second snorkeling stop lunch and lots of rum punch was served. By the time we got to the beach for swimming everyone was fairly well intoxicated; made for some interesting swimming...
